In January 2000 we ran our first DTS at Eagles Nest Ranch and to celebrate 10 years of God's grace since that first school we are inviting all former students, staff, and friends of YWAM to a weekend reunion June 24 - 27, 2010. We will be camping together at the Hoodoo Resort and Campground, reminiscing, playing games, and marveling at God's goodness!
Our goal is to "be family" together and reconnect with old friends. Expect to share meals with others, pray with each other, and be encouraged.
Where is the celebration?
When choosing a location for the celebration we wanted to find a central location that was between our base's original location (Eagles Nest Ranch) and our new location (Blackfalds). We decided on a beautiful campground called Hoodoo Resort and Campground just outside of Drumheller, AB that was just 2 1/2 hours from Medicine Hat and 2 hours from Blackfalds.
We have arranged to have a section of the campground for our groups use and will have the use of all their facilities.

What does it cost?
We are camping so you will need to pay for your own tent(s) or trailer(s) and bring all of your own food (except for Saturday supper). Each tent is $20 and each trailer is $35 per night. Trailers have 35 amp electrical access and water.
We have a section of the campground reserved for this event so be sure to register before June 1 to guarantee room. For more information about the campground you can visit their web site directly www.hoodooresort.com.
On Sunday AM we will be taking a free will offering to cover some of the extra costs of the weekend and raising money towards a badly needed office renovation project.
How do I register?
To register just email our office and let us know that you are coming, whether you will be needing a tent or trailer spot, and how many nights you are staying.
You can either mail us a cheque or pay using a credit card / paypal using the "buy now" button below.
If you are late registering then you will need to contact the Hoodoo campground directly and ask for a camp site close the the YWAM Blackfalds group.
Schedule:
Thursday -Arrive and set up camp
Friday - Camping and visiting
Saturday - YWAM family barbeque (6 pm)
Sunday - Worship service and prayer (10am)
Packing list:
camping gear (tent, sleeping mats, etc)
Food (supper is provided on Saturday night)
Team shirt (if it still fits) :)
Pictures of your YWAM school and outreach
Children if you have any
Sports equipment if you would like to start a game
Anything else that you would normally take camping
